Our host hotel continues to be the Atlantic Sands. We have a block of rooms reserved with a special Rehoboth Beach Bears rate. Make your reservations by calling the hotel directly at 302-227-2511. To receive our special rate, you must give them group code #10641.
This year, the event kicks off with a welcoming pre dinner on a Wednesday night (open to anyone). Registration opens Thursday followed by a happy hour meet and greet - a luau-themed event. There will be events each day and night at a variety of our local sponsors, restaurants, bars and shops. Our main events will be on Friday night (a luau-themed party) and Saturday night entertainment show will be the talented Tom Goss at the hotel’s ballroom.
