Bear Weekend 2021 & Registration

The Rehoboth Beach Bears are currently in the planning stages for our 6th Annual Rehoboth Beach Bears Weekend.

The event will take place September 15 – 19, 2021. The Atlantic Sands will be our host hotel. Reservations must be made through the Hotel

The Rehoboth Beach Bears are proud to announce our Sixth Annual Rehoboth Beach Bear Weekend!

The event will take place Wednesday, September 15, through Sunday, September 19, 2021. This event is our flagship fundraiser to help our mission to promote camaraderie and inclusiveness and to help LGBTQIA+ students in local area high schools achieve their education and career goals with financial scholarships.

While we are still finalizing Weekend events, we are pleased to share some highlights already booked. Our weekend starts on Wednesday evening with a welcome dinner. Our Friday evening event will be an early Halloween “Freak Show” party. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged! Prizes will be awarded for the best costume. Saturday evening we will be hosting an LGBT comedian, Eric Hahn, with two shows.

We’re still navigating federal, state, and local orders with regard to COVID-19. Accordingly, we are required to limit this year’s event capacity to 300 people. Note that if this changes, we will update our event registration and all supplemental sites immediately. Check back for more information.
