Kodiak Sponsors

Our presenting sponsors and hosts of the Official Bar Crawl Events during Rehoboth Beach Bear Weekend.

The Pines Rehoboth Beach is the newest restaurant in Rehoboth Beach. It is so new it is still under construction and slated to open after Bear Weekend. They are a modern tavern promising stunning interior design by none other R Squared (AnnaRexia).

The atmosphere will be lively. The food will be creative and the drinks, crafty! We can’t wait to be on the balcony over looking Baltimore Avenue. The Pines is our sponsor for the Guys, Games and Gimmies on Thursday during Bear Weekend. HOWEVER, that event is being hosted by Beach Nomad at 20 Baltimore Ave.

For more information visit their website or in person at 56 Baltimore Avenue. You can reach them at (302) 864-7778.

Cooter Brown’s Twisted Southern Kitchen offers rooftop patio dining with the best view of Rehoboth Avenue. Enjoy their take on Twisted Southern cooking and imbibe at their fully stocked bourbon bar.

They are our official Late Night Bear Bar on Saturday, September 22 beginning at 10pm. The fried bologna club sandwich and Frito pie are two of our favorites…oh and the Violet Mule too! Rehoboth Beach Bear Weekend badge holders receive 10% off.

Cooter Brown’s is located at 70 Rehoboth Avenue, second floor or on the Web at They can be reached at (302) 567-2132.

The Blue Moon has offered a magnificent fine dining experience for 37 years. Additionally, their cabaret bar has been a staple for the gay community and our allies for decades.

We recommend their Sunday Jazz Brunch or making dinner reservation early. Their menu changes almost if not daily using seasonal ingredients. Every meal we had has been remarkable. During the Summer, resident Diva, Pamela Stanley entertains 6:00pm to 8:30pm. They offer nightly entertainment including drag shows and dancing with music videos on Friday/Saturdays.

Blue Moon is located at 35 Baltimore Ave or via their website at Reservations may be made through the Open Table app or by calling (302) 227-6515.

Aqua is our gracious host and the official Late Night Bear Bar on Saturday, September 23 beginning at 10:00pm. They boast a beautiful Bear-sized deck overlooking Baltimore Avenue and jumbo umbrellas to provide shade from the sun or cover in the event of a sprinkle.

Join us for sure at Aqua in September but this is the place to go after any beach day to quench your thirst and tame the rumble in your belly. If you’re feeling peckish Aqua offers great snacks, burgers, tacos, flat breads and American fare entrees.

Aqua is located at 57 Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth Beach or on the web at They can be reached at (302) 226-9001.

Diego’s Hideaway is our town’s newest gay bar. It is the site of the previous Double L and under new ownership. They have completely remodeled the inside from top to bottom. The bar is beautiful and the updated patio is an oasis! Joe & Darrel (former owners of Dos Locos) have transformed a Rehoboth landmark while keeping in tact the portions we loved about it (the men’s room of course).

They continued to host some of our favorite events throughout the Summer including Man Dance on Saturdays. They also have a regular T dance on Sundays and a yappy hour to bring your pets for afternoon cocktails during the week.

Though we’re still giddy that now at this spot we can order one moment a real martini in a REAL martini glass we might add and then the next minute (or a few minutes later) order a perfectly chilled draft beer – Yes we said draft beer selection! We know right! Just giddy.

Diego’s Hideaway is hosting our Late Night Bar Crawl on Friday, September 21. Cross just over the draw bridge to get to Diego’s Hideaway at 37298 Rehoboth Ave Ext or visit them at
